Who is Tlehs Publishing?: Tlehs is a family business located in Duluth, GA. We pride ourselves in producing top quality resident directories and newsletters for subdivisions. We are dedicated to assisting you in achieving your marketing goals, and helping you grow your business.
What advertising products do you offer?: We offer many different ways to target homeowner associations (HOA's). We contract with subdivisions and publish their community newsletters and resident directories. Our CounterBalanced magazine offers compelling and interesting content that complements your message. We also offer solo direct mail by community or geography of your choice.
I handle my own advertising and can do it myself. Do you offer an option for that?: Absolutely! Go to www.TlehsEasyAds.com, and you'll be able to choose specific newsletters and websites, design your ad from templates, schedule, and pay. You can even manage an ongoing campaign. While there is a price advantage for small orders, you are limited to smaller ad sizes, and you must pay in full. It's a great solution if you are on a limited budget, or just want to test your product. Representatives are available if you want to advertise in more subdivisions and can provide you with frequency discounts, larger ad sizes, premium positions, custom designed ads, payment options, and access to our directory, magazine, and solo programs not available on TlehsEasyAds.
What is the frequency and delivery dates?: Newsletters are monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly, CounterBalanced magazine is bi-monthly, and directories are annual. The delivery worksheet, available through your representative, shows the scheduled deliveries for all newsletters, CounterBalanced, and directories.
Who helps me with art and what is the cost?: Your representative will work with you and our graphic designers to create an ad that effectively communicates what you offer. There is no charge for this service unless your order is under $500. If your budget is less than $500 we encourage you to use TlehsEasyAds.com to avoid any art charges. You can create your own ad from templates on the site, or upload your own ad.
What are the deadlines?: Order deadlines are the 1st of the month prior to the delivery month. Art is due on the 5th of the month prior.
Will I get a copy of the publications I advertise in?: Yes, you always get a copy of the first print publication. Subsequent issues are available online.
Will I have access to resident contact information?: Your directory and newsletter copy does not contain resident contact information. Our subdivision agreements prevent us from sharing this information with you. Soliciting residents by phone, mail, or email while on our program is not possible.
What kind of response can I expect?: While we have clients that have been with us many years, response is different for every business and depends on many factors. Our guarantee is this: Tlehs Publishing will deliver a quality ad to the audience you selected, giving it many opportunities to be seen.
Ask your representative what you can expect. They are trained to help you understand the expectations and goals of your campaign, and how to manage the response you receive.
Do all residents get a directory or newsletter?: We print and deliver the number of newsletters and directories given to us by the subdivision. We cannot guarantee delivery to every resident, but that certainly is our intent.
How are the print publications delivered?: Print publications are mailed via the USPS directly to homes in almost all cases. A few are delivered by resident volunteers.
